Click generate: the A4 receipt is built here in your browser and downloads instantly. The document is in Portuguese (Brazilian standard). Nothing is sent to any server.
Frequently asked questions
Is the receipt legally valid?
A simple receipt like this works as everyday proof of payment between the parties. For specific accounting or tax requirements, confirm the format with your accountant.
Is the document in English or Portuguese?
The receipt (recibo) is generated in Portuguese, the Brazilian standard — including the amount written out in words. This page is in English so you can find and use the tool easily.
Are my details uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF is generated inside your browser. Name, amount, tax ID — nothing leaves your computer.
Can I make a second copy?
Yes. Tick “2nd copy” and the PDF comes out with two copies on the same A4 page, separated by a cut line.
Is the receipt number stored?
We store nothing — no database, no account. The number is only printed on the document; you control the sequence.
Can it be signed?
The receipt includes a signature line above the payee’s name. Print and sign it, or sign digitally in your PDF reader.
